Good afternoon, William Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors on the property. Will inspect these on each visit. I did a visual inspection of the exterior. Multiple entry points found on the exterior which I pointed out to your wife. I recommend having sealed up to deter any rodents from inhabiting the home. Place three rolling bait stations in the kitchen area. One behind the stove, one in the kitchen cabinet and one in the laundry area. I also placed multiple rodent bait stations in the basement crawlspace area. This will help eliminate the rodents by feeding. I also added two large rodent bait stations to the exterior. This will also help eliminate the rodents on the outside by feeding. Additionally, I applied a liquid treatment to both the interior and exterior of the property. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. Please allow 10 to 14 days for best results. We will return in 30 days time
